WELCOME TO DAY 6 OF DRINK WEEK!!
In my opinion, the flavor profile of Christmas is cranberry orange.
Argue with me. Kidding.
Today we are making a cranberry orange gin fizz.
With a cinnamon stir stick.
Because lets be real, that hint of cinnamon is chefs kiss!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail glasses
INGREDIENTS
Cranberry juice - I love Lakewood organic pure cranberry juice
Orange juice - fresh squeeze your own
Gin
Maple syrup
Sparkling water or cranberry/orange kombucha
Cinnamon sticks
Combine cranberry and orange juice, gin and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice to combine and chill.
Pour over sparkling water.
Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz cranberry juice - use a pure cranberry juice, no sweeteners added
3 oz range juice - fresh squeezed, about one orange
2 oz gin
1 teaspoon maple syrup
splash sparkling water or cranberry/orange kombucha
Cinnamon sticks
DIRECITONS
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine gin, maple syrup and cranberry + orange juice. Shake to combine and chill.
Pour in a splash of sparkling water or kombucha.
Serve and enjoy!
NOTES
I love topping mine off with some orange and fresh cranberries and a cinnamon stick to keep things stirred. It gives the perfect amount of cinnamon flavor without overpowering the drink.
This makes one drink, adjust accordingly.
