Yesterday I had interactions with two of my closest friends.
One was a short expression of love (because she is studying her tits off for boards; she is a boss lady and going to school to be a DO).
And one was a phone conversation that lasted 1 hour and 53 minutes (which is a very normal occurrence for us).
Both interactions were equally important and special.
Why am I telling you this?
To remind you that you can change somebody’s day in a minute or less.
Pick up the phone.
Send a text.
Make a phone call.
Shoot an email.
Just do it.
There doesn’t need to be any excuses about how you’ve been busy and haven’t had time. We all make time for the things we want to make time for.
We should always find time for what is important to us. So if something or someone is important to you, make the time. It doesn’t take much. A simple I love you text message takes less than five seconds.
Remember, "Count your Rainbows, not your Thunderstorms!"
