It's such an easy "recipe" I never felt like it was something to put up.
But this will act as a great resource where I can direct you as the questions come in weekly.

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces of filtered water, or coconut water
juice of one orange
juice of half a lemon
1/8 teaspoon natural sea salt
1 ml trace minerals magnesium (omit if you don't have it)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Juice the citrus. I like to slice a few pieces to add to my glass as well.
Combine the juice with the water of your choice.
Add the salt, magnesium and maple syrup. Stir & enjoy!
NOTES
This recipe can be so versatile. Try grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange. Add some strawberries, blueberries, mint, cucumber.
The coconut water is a nice touch if you like things a bit sweeter; feel free to add more maple syrup too.
Shoot for around 2-4 ounces of citrus juice.
Hope you all are having a happy day!
