Hi there, friends.

Here we are with another favorite things of the month.

I hope you are fully taking advantage of every ounce of your days as they seem to be slipping away so fast.

What even is time?

Who knows.

Okay, let's get on with it.

Oh, boy did we have fun.

If you didn't know, my momma bear is the buyer for all gift items (foods, jewelry, cards, pottery, clothing, memorial pieces, etc.) for Culver's Garden Center.

Occasionally, I get to go with her and help her buy really cool stuff to stock up the store.

This was one of those times.

Owner, Tami Culver and her daughter, Katie, joined us too.

Can you say girl power.

How cute are we?!!

If you're curious what market looks like, here is one of the buildings (there are three). It's shopping magic. Or exhaustion. Whichever way you want to look at it. Ha!

Of course, they were all decorated up for Christmas. This was my favorite tree.

Another beautiful, cozy Christmas display.

The snacks are always bomb!

Mom and I placed a pretty badass ribbon order. Make sure to come in and stock up around the holidays. This is one of my favorite things to do with Mom at market. & cards. Card buying is fun!

What happens after 4 days of shopping for 9 hours a day.

We out.

What a trip.

Can't wait for you to see all the new things coming in at Culver's over the next few months.

Make sure to keep your eye out.

Oh man are these things great.

I can not even express to you how wonderful and comfortable these are.

I'm on about year 3 of owning them and I don't think I will ever find a more comfortable pair of walking shoes in my life.

& they are super cute.

Could probably use some new shoe strings to freshen them up, but other than that they are the most comfortable and broke in wonderful shoes I have ever owned.

HERE is a link if you are interested.

A pretty penny, but oh so worth it!

Man oh man is this lump of baked powder glorious.

I have always loved it.

& use it every day I put makeup on.

But, the reason it is making its way into my favorites this month is because I had my momma bear using it while we were in Atlanta and it looked so good on her too.

It is hard for "mature" skin (& acne prone skin) to pull off a highlight just simply due to texture.

But damn did it sit nice on her skin.

Buy it, you won't regret it.

It is so subtle but makes your skin look radiant at the same time.

HERE is the link. I use it in shade 01.

Okay, I FINALLY listened to this album this month.

& it was a total banger.

But the last song, "I hope you're okay" just gave me all the feels.

Please check it out.

& hey, I hope you're okay. (I'm always here if you need somebody to talk to.)

I am rooting for you.

& thinking about you.

& wishing nothing but goodness in your life.

Check out the jam HERE.

I've been having a love affair for about six months now.

I can't get enough of crushed red pepper.

Can not get enough.

I have been putting it on and in everything, but my most favorite use, is on fried veggies.

Like it's so simple.

I steam some veggies for 5-10 minutes, drain the water, add some olive oil and fry them up.

Then I toss them on a plate and pile a ton of crushed red pepper (& some garlic salt).

Damn is it delicious.

Give it a try.

Easy, healthy and delicious.

A great way to get your veggies in and a beautiful tasty side dish.

PRO TIP - I always buy organic spices. It is an easy way to remove pesticide laden products from your diet; the taste is always superior to conventional and more nutrients are in tact.

Click HERE to buy. Another pro tip, buy in bulk from a place like Natural Grocers and reuse the glass jar.

Been using these for years now but I have recently found myself mentioning them in my gratitudes list so I figured it was time to share the best kept pen secret with you.

Okay, let's get real.

I'm sure you all know about them already.

But I couldn't not say something about how dope they are.

Give them a try HERE.

That's all folks.

Enjoy your day.

Love yourself.

Eat some good (for you) food.

Hug a human.

Have a good sleep.
